TB and Jessie normally recommend the Samson C01U.
Here it is on its own: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HXE4BYW
He may have meant one of these kits:
Here's some previous discussion of this question:

Edit:
He may have meant this kit, which I'm not able to find on Amazon:
http://www.samsontech.com/samson/products/microphones/usb-microphones/c01upak
It's been discontinued because it included the C01U, which has been replaced by the C01U Pro.
Edit2:
You can get the accessories individually if you want to mix-and-match your own kit:
Consider this
If you're interested in a stand as well as a boom, I'm using this one;

You just need to pick up a shock mount with it, as that will negate any vibrations, though you'll have to get one with a boom anyway so.
Example pic w/ the stand from my setup;

(also yes, I am also using the patented duct-tape-over-the-Terminator-laser-eye mod.)
All of these will work fine for what you need them for. The Rode one would probably sound the best for talking/VoiceOver but its slightly more expensive.
USB Mics:
AT2020
Blue Yeti
Rode Podcaster
Pop Filter:
Filter 1
Filter 2
Mic Stand:
Mic Stand 1
Mic Stand 2 more expensive but a good stand.
A Samson MD5 and a Samson Spider Shockmount
The expected date that Ebuyer.co.uk got the GTX1080 in their shop is the 30th of June.
But the GTX1080 is "released" and available to buy in the US & also UK. It's just that a lot of unaware people are buying the new GPUs as soon as possible, without realizing that the prices often always drop down a bit as well as that after-market cooler & PCB designs come out in a few weeks.
The official release date of the GTX1080 was the 27th of May. So that's why I said, that it's only out / available for a few days.

Hah, no need to apologize? I mean, all the better to have a bit more money, no?
Then you can spend the money elsewhere.
We've talked about the peripherals, sound quality, etc? How about this?
You could for example consider a higher quality DAC&AMP. So instead of the Fulla Schiit, you could get the Magni 2 (AMP) & Modi 2 (DAC).
I know that I've said that you should just use the on-board audio first. But I'm not sure which headphones you're intending to buy now.
Perhaps a better microphone, the Blue Snowball is a pretty good one for sure, but there are other & better options out there.

Any more questions about the sound, the dip switches, anything? xD
Samson stand.
It's a great stand and it's totally worth paying the extra $7 for this over the others on Amazon.
