I only listed what I could find under $200 as I didn't want to come off rude and go above your budget.

As others have said, if you can save a bit more you will have better options. Me personally I'm an iOS guy. You can get an iPad (Latest Model for $249 with 32GB Storage. Or if you were able to get your budget even higher you can get a latest model iPad for $329 on sale with 128GB Storage.
GoPro w/ WiFi is about $140, plus the cost of whatever device you stream to.
A Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8-Inch Tablet is about $130, but it appears the one OP is using in the photos is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and those start at $250.
So this facetious life hack would cost between $270 and up to $390 for what OP is showing. Plus the cost of beer.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8-Inch Tablet hands down great specs decent performance.
According to C^3 this is $1.50 more than the historical lowest price, and it's got good reviews and such.

Need the help/advice of people who currently play on galaxy devices!!
i loathe playing exvius on my computer. yeah, ill leave it on there overnight or whatever for TMR farming but for when I'm playing the game, like climbing Raid ranks, or yesterday trying the new trial, I like doing it from a coffeeshop down the road, etc. i use iOS and perfect chaining units like Tidus (and honestly sometimes orlandeau) is spotty but i heard that Samsung devices have a 15fps feature through Game Tuner...
so can anyone with this item tell me: does this Samsung Tab work for exvius and would it be a passable tablet for me to get to just use on occasion with Game Tuner for when I want to hit perfect chains from the coffeeshop?
