Take a look at these Patriot and SanDisk drives.
Both look fairly minimal and are USB 3.0. Read speeds seem to be high too (180-190MB/s), and the Patriot claims up to 50MB/s write speeds.
Sandisk Extreme feels fantastic and is very fast.

I have one of these, it easily does 220MB/s or more for sequential read/write, in case you want one that isn't slow!

Yep and OP asked for the cheapest. OP still has not specified why he wants them. I have a few and they work, but they are slow. (especially the "USB 3.0" versions)
Personally this is my favorite, but at $0.94 per GB it is far from the cheap end.
