Hey guys, been thinking about getting an e-board for a long time but there are SO many choices.

I live near a college campus and would like to use the board to get from my house to school and back, so a 10 mile range should be more than enough. I will probably be riding on streets and sidewalk. The area is pretty flat so hills aren't a big worry.

I have a Sector 9 Aperature Sidewinder long board already and love how carvy it is so a similar board would be great. BUT, if using double king-pin trucks on an eboard wont work I think I'd like something with a tail for getting through campus. I don't need to be blazing fast I just want to enjoy riding a board and carving without pushing.

Preferably I can keep the board close to $400. I've been looking at Ownboard and Meepo variants for a long time. Any advice for one over the other or some other choices?

Thanks!

Edit: Could I salvage some parts from my current board to put them on the eboard?
