There's this adhesive called Joe's Sticky Stuff that would work great for attaching your DACamp to your phone with or without a case. It's like the Russian Olympian version of the adhesive they use to stick credit cards to paper. You only really need an inch of it or so and it comes off cleanly when you want to remove it. It's reusable as long as you keep it clean when both sides are not stuck together.

put the mic head on this then put a moleskin strip over it. then use this if the clothes still rub around. I've used it on every show, and one feature got into sundance, so it seems to work well

This tape is similar to the adhesive that is used on command hooks. It is quite strong but can be removed from a wall without damaging the paint. Not cheap but a little goes a long way. Popular on movie sets.
