No part of that is "reasonable" much less sensible. Much of it is the same sort of supply side nonsense that has spectacularly failed to work in both Prohibition & the War on Drugs.

In order for your gun control Utopia to happen, you have to collect up every firearm currently in private hands, prevent any new ones from being black market manufactured, imported, smuggled or stolen from those still allowed them. Considering that mandatory registration efforts in New York & Connecticut were miserable failures (despite felony penalties), good fucking luck going to 300 million households doing a door to door search.
We (rightly) mock the idea of deporting 11 million illegals. You seriously think you are going to round up 350 million guns? And you want to gut the 1st amendment too in order to accomplish it? Don't forget, you also have to ban the knowledge to make them, not just the capability.
