There really isn't much available on 360, the only thing I can recommend on that platform is Downpour and even then meh.
There's also the HD collections but if you want to play the classics you're better off buying a PS2 or emulating the games on your computer. If you're going the emulation route I recommend starting with Silent Hill 1 since that should be the easiest to emulate.
