One of these would help http://www.amazon.com/SKLZ-Speed-Resistance-Training-Parachute/dp/B002CLK21C
Great contest, my SO and I are on a work-out, healthy diet kick so we would both LOVE this speed resistance parachute
I think for you or for your kids (I grew up on loony toons and roger rabbit and every kid needs to watch this movie at LEAST once.)
Then for me, I want to say these because they're fun and I could wear them at work, but the more reasonable, realist side of me says I need this more because my cat is a furbeast and his regular slicker brush just isn't hacking it this year.
Thanks for the contest!
I have so much exercise equipment on my wishlist because I'm working towards doing an Ironman within the next 3 years. Feel free to pick anything on my wishlist!
Thanks for doing this contest. This is a great one!
For speed training I purchased a cheap parachute from amazon. I sprint 5x50m, 3x50m with a release at 20m. Then after I'll sprint 8x40m without it. Speed ladders would also be good for footwork. The parachute can also be replaced by hills or a weighted vest. Any kind of resistance that doesn't hinder form will help build speed and acceleration. Power cleans are also very helpful to develop hip power and drive.
As for position specific, I'm still learning, but I've found this site to be quite helpful. Lastly, just watch a lot of rugby and focus on the centres.
I hope some of this helps! Good luck!

Do some start-stop sprinting. If you're fast, you don't need to be big.
