Things i've done to the board:

  • Orangutang Purple Nipples (supposed to be for 170-230 lbs i think, yellows are 230-270lb and oranges are like 130-170)
    • I love them. They changed the ride significantly from the stock bushings — I had to tighten the stock bushings significantly, and i lose a lot of turning and response. The O-tangs are pretty loose, but much more responsive and stable at higher speeds, even compared to the tightened down stock bushings.
  • /u/eBoardstuff 107mm conversion, with 75t aluminum pulleys to preserve
    • Super smooth, still very carve-able, much more plush ride than the 85's due to the larger diameter and softer 74a compound.
  • /u/frogger97 tail light mod [thread] — also did front lights, but ended up with a different flashlight than in those posts -- the tiny ones had abysmal battery life.
  • Flatland bash guards - pronger up front, rounder in the rear.
    • just personal preference for the mix/match between the styles. I didnt buy or put on their extended riser pads, as the 107mm wheels provide enough clearance.
  • Oust MOC9 bearings
    • Super smooth, race proven bearings.
