Well I was able to clear the jam just by preheating and pushing filament through with the bowden tube disconnected. Here are the results of my next print:

Cura settings:
The print came out pretty well I think. I had another issue AFTER the print however. The filament got stuck in the print head. And I mean STUCK! Pulling up on the filament would lift the printer. I had to cut the filament to get the bowden tube off. Then I heated the printer up to 250c and worked the filament up and down. It eventually came out, but I still have a jam. I am wondering if the filament I have is no good, as I seem to get a jam after every print.
This is the filament I am using: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017MYK8XA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
