Looks like an old Steelseries Siberia series headset, they are fairly cheap (the 200s are around £70) and they last for ever while being pretty damn good for their price.
Alternatively could easily be these ones as I cannot find any Steelseries headset with the cat ears on them out of the box.
I don't know how fancy she wants the cat ears or if she wants LEDs but this is a relatively inexpensive choice that seems to check all your boxes.
