Full disclosure here, I'm a mod for /r/StevenUniverse.
Okay, Steven Universe about a boy named Steven and his adventures with a gang of intergalactic protectors of Earth known as the Crystal Gems.
If that sounds like it's really deep, that's somewhat on purpose. In the beginning of the series, Steven is goofy, naive.
But as he matures, so does the show. He realizes the Crystal Gems still aren't over the loss of Steven's mother. There has been a history of war and slaughter that we're just beginning to see. And the forces the Crystal Gems defeated five thousand years ago are back, more powerful and advanced than ever.
Think about this; Rebecca Sugar wrote the episodes of Adventure Time about the relationship between the Ice King and Marceline, some of the most emotional episodes of the series. Imagine a whole show of that. That's Steven Universe.
Pretty much every episode is like an emotional punch to the gut, especially the later ones. This show has an emotional depth unmatched by pretty much any other cartoon.
The show is available from Google Play, Amazon Instant Video, or iTunes.

The Prime Video listing has run times of 23 minutes per pair of episodes, and this matches up to the length of unlocked episodes on Cartoon Network's website (11 minutes ~30 seconds per single episode), not including the season 7 finale that lasts 45 minutes. I rounded to 12 minutes for a margin of error. Assuming there are 160 normal episodes not including the finale and any extra episodes, you would need 6 tapes in EP mode (for extended nostalgia), with tape 6 only being utilized ~20%, which should have enough space for the finale, assuming whoever did the tape recording maths over at Wikipedia know what they're doing, and you should be able to fit 30 episodes per tape (including credits for each episode) using typical T-120 tapes at EP with around 15 minutes left over in case the maths over at Wikipedia are indeed wrong. Just make sure you drop the commercials. Also, you might want to check my math, I did it quickly using Notepad and Calculator. I also didn't account for the film, in the event that they air that.
