It's the storacell. Holds 4 AA or 14500 batteries and will also fit 3ml juice bottles, stardusts, eGo batteries, and the 2.5ml "eGo tanks" from smoktech. I have it in my pocket at all times. Cannot recommend it enough if you use a 14500 based device. Also useful for /r/mflb treefolk.
EDIT - there are also other storacell devices that hold more than 4 batteries. They also have designs for CR123A's (great for stacked 6v vapers) and they have "mixed" cases that hold AA, 9V and C, I think.
