There’s a section mentioning catastrophic PS4 system issues. You’ve confirmed what I suspected (and feared), that the game has a bug nasty enough to require a complete system reinit from safe mode.
As stated in the game listing, first try rebuilding the db, then a reinit if that doesn’t work. Sorry you ran into this!! 😢
