I don't own either but wanted to chime in as someone who was in a market for a similar type of bag. Check out the Hazard 4 Overwatch (/u/EastPhilly posted his review here).
I wanted to be able to transport 1-3 longer type of guns on a motorcycle and keep them easily concealed. While the interior isn't the roomiest, you could have plenty more space if you're strapping your M1A to the exterior. I thought of the bag as a base shell and EastPhilly and I split a deal on a bunch of tactical tailor bags for ammo and mag storage. Could comfortably fit 3-4 pmags per pouch AN/PVS-14 pouch. I considered the Eberlestock Operator bag but wasn't happy with the idea of it just being a cover with clips and the pricepoint didn't fit well with my budget at the time. FWIW, the Hazard 4 Overwatch has gone on sale quite a few times on the Hazard4 site for as low as ~$80-100. Some pop up on eBay from time to time as well. Just something to consider if you hadn't already.
