There are a lot of options for a sight, personally I'm not afraid to invest a little bit more because they are very important to me and look really cool :). This one looks pretty good imo. You may also want to get a riser.

Any smart nimh charger will work. this ones pretty cheap.
No not for nimh batteries, that's why some people prefer them. They're (for the most part) worry/hassle free.
