For what you want, I think that Victorinox Swiss Army is your winner. Here's a good option, but look around as they have a lot of stuff in your price range that would be up your alley.
Could also try this: Timex Intelligent Quartz
I know you are looking for something with no digital component, but watches get no tougher than the G-Shock. This is a nice analog/digital option: Casio GA100
This Timex Weekender might work too, and the price is certainly right.
It appears to be a Timex Weekender T2N636.
Apparently they no longer make this exact model, but the T2N639 is almost the same, except for the strap.
If you want to replace the strap with a similar or identical one, there are many strap manufacturers that offer this design. Weekenders use 18 mm straps.
It's unusual to see a tachymeter on a Weekender.
It's the new weekender. I have the same one and really like it.
What about this one?

Timex Weekender watch. It's very inexpensive at $25-50. It is simple, clean, and versatile as you can wear it with virtually every casual outfit and the bands can be changed to complement your clothing. Here is a link and here is another link for the brown leather strapped one that goes with just about everything.
I prefer the black face/nubuck version, but this is nice too.
first time posting in MFA, but i've been lurking here for a couple months,
I'm at work right now so I can't get any personal pics up, but I'm a bigger-framed guy (6'0" about 215 lbs) so i picked up 4 different pairs of levi's 514
and then just yesterday i ordered:
i picked up 3 weekender watches so i could be as versatile as i wanted with straps and faces 1 2 3 and i started a new job at a forge (office job, but still require steel toe boots if i go out to the shop) so i bought these
If you don't want an automatic (seiko 5), and want to keep it on the lower end of price, I'd go with this(or any other weekender).
That depends on how you're going to wear a watch. There are some casual ones with great aesthetics such as Citizen, Seiko, and the MFA famous Timex.
