i got trijicon rm07 on my g40 because that's what you're supposed to do :)

i do find the target pickup to be a touch quicker than with open sights, especially in suboptimal light conditions, but if you shoot your edc as much as you should, it likely won't make a material difference.

bottom line: i'm glad i got it because i feel it completes this particular gun, but i wouldn't put it on my edc (g23/27) cuz it adds a thing that can snag or break or run outta batteries, and i definitely wouldn't go thru the expense/hassle of milling the slide or getting a custom one.
