I have a cintiq 24, for my solution I originally used a blue tooth keyboard turned sideways and sticky velcro pads, it would go up to the edge of the screen but not cover it.
I've since switched it to a nostromo and velcro. Mostly because I could use macros and didn't need so many keys plus I enjoy using the wheel on the device to adjust brush size.
