I've been using this and I'm happy with it. I have a candyshell case and it fits perfectly without having to remove it.
My girlfriend uses the TuneBelt, which is also a great solution. I just prefer the armband.
Sport Armband
I second this recommendation. I had an arm band for a while, but it was hot and uncomfortable after a few minutes in the heat. I switched to a belt and never looked back. I have this exact one and it's great! The pouch stretches to fit the 6p.

I have this one and it works well. Just like the one above, but it will fit up to an Otterbox-sized case.
Some have suggested this and this (if you have thick arms). I haven't purchased it yet myself but it's on my list of things to buy.l
I saw a thread about this on XDA a while back. A lot of people recommended this which is the AB84. The AB85 has come out since and says it is made for the Galaxy Nexus. I don't have either but they both have good reviews. Hopefully you can get them in the UK

I have this one from Tune Belt for my S3 in a Otterbox Defender.
Works great. A little bulky, but it's holding a big phone in a huge case. They don't mention the S3/Otterbox in the description yet, but I wrote to Tune Belt directly for confirmation.
