Thank you so much again for the reply. I know my posts can be long but no matter how long it takes for you to get back to me, I really appreciate it. Really means a lot to me to have someone as competent as yourself answer my questions, and I've been thinking about what you've said a lot lately.

>Hmmm, I don't actually know for sure which would be more stressful on your heart valves between those two choices, sorry I can't be of more help there.

I appreciate your honesty there, no problem. Smart answer.

My solution right now is to run it the NPP at 490mg and run P5P and Vitamin E instead of caber (Unless you think that'd still carry negative health effects) but if that doesn't work out then I'm done with nandrolone forever and lower dose tren would be my only 19 nor I'd use again. Don't even think I'd need any 19 nors after this blast or even now since like you said, I have a good base now. Just sucks to throw away so much NPP and tren but I'll probably just try to run test/EQ after this blast, as it keeps weighing on my mind as the smartest decision every time since you've brought it up.

>If you're taking a 10-20mg/day of Tbol as a day versus 50-100mg/day, there's obviously going to be a difference in risk. But 50mg/day isn't going to be 5x as beneficial (or even twice as good) as 10mg/day, when used to "kickstart" a cycle.

Smartest way I've seen anyone lay it out, just like you did in your other reply

> because at a certain point you're looking at heavily diminishing returns with more potential detriment. Cuz the difference between running a total of 250mg/week of 500mg/week of AAS is astronomical, but there's not that big of a difference between 500mg/week and 750mg/week, and definitely not between 1g/week and 1.5g/week. But the detrimental effects increase pretty much linearly, so the risk:reward profile gets worse and worse.

I've always understood diminishing returns, but it's just that I've seen how the muscular gains in certain testosterone studies were linear up to 600mg/week of test E (the highest dose I've seen in the studies), so I assumed that it might be linear even higher up and similarly with things like nandrolone or tren or even bold. Tried to find the studies but here is one at least Don't have access to the full text through so I'm sorry.

Regarding beta blockers, I should be able to get some metoprolol pretty easily in a few days here, although I know it's not as cardioselective as nebivolol which would be a little trickier to obtain. Not sure how much more cardioselective or better overall nebivolol would be but I've heard it's by a lot.

I might give metoprolol a try but not sure what dose you'd recommend to start at. It's alright if you don't have time to lay out specific dose related recommendations for it and let me know if you think nebivolol would be a lot better.

Thanks for explaining your reasoning for mentioning tbol as well. Surprised you didn't mention dbol or anadrol since those have been pretty widely used historically, but anadrol gives me really bad sides. I'd be willing to tolerate the bloat, high BP and pretty bad lethargy if it didn't make me lose 30-40 hairs every day lol. Dbol makes me lose just enough hairs to make it not a long term viable option, so I'll look into giving tbol a try then!

Another random thing I wanted to ask you about, you said if you do ever use AAS you'd use

>2.5mg of aromasin/day

The only pharma Aromasin pills I've seen are 25mg, how do you plan to dose 2.5mg of pharma asin?

Lastly, I see that you're mod of /r/Supplements. Thanks for the reassurance that the Vitamin D3 and CoQ10 are helpful. Just wanted to ask if you have any recommendations in regards to other things to include, or what to remove.

On blasts, I'm also still taking: Tumeric This brand, which claims to include Bioperine due to tumeric's supposed low bioavailability, just wanted to ask what you think of that or tumeric in general for AAS centered supplementation.

Which form of CoQ10 you recommend (Ubiquinone vs. Ubiquinol) or if that even matters.

In addition to Fish oil (just omega 3s, would you recommend Omega 369?), 500mg milk thistle on orals, 1.5g TUDCA on orals, 1g Choline/inositol for liver health year round, 2.2g aged garlic extract for cardiovascular health, 1.2g NAC, and a multivitamin, (Complete multi by Naturemade because they're USP certified, let me know if you have another multi preference to recommend!).
