50% MORE POTENT, BEST VALUE - Our Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine formula is the most potent on the market. A highly POTENT 750mg per capsule (most other brands are only 500mg per capsule). Turmeric also contains beta-carotene, vitamin C and calcium.HIGHEST QUALITY INGREDIENTS - Not only is our tumeric curcumin supplement more potent, we use the patented black pepper extract BioPerine (5mg) for increased absorption and bioavailability. Curcumin with black pepper is essential in good curcumin supplements. We only use the best, because you deserve the best!STANDARDIZED 95% CURCUMINOIDS - Normal turmeric only contains 2-6% curcumin. Yet studies show most of the health benefits come from the curcumin found inside. Beware of 'turmeric curcumin' formulas that simply contain a high dose of regular turmeric that only contain 2-6% curcumin. We use Curcumin standardized to 95% curcuminoids, which means you're getting a highly potent dose of concentrated curcumin (not just regular turmeric).FEEL THE DIFFERENCE - We stand behind our tumeric curcumin supplement and are proud to have the best formula on the market. Give our tumeric pills a try and if you don't feel any difference, let us know.SAFE, PURE & MADE IN USA - Many competitors include ingredients that are harmful or you do not need. Our formula is Gluten FREE and has No GMOS, binders, fillers, preservatives, artificial ingredients or stearates. There is also no soy, milk, egg, shellfish, wheat, peanuts or any other ingredients that shouldn't be in there. Best of all, it's made in an inspected facility following strict GMP guidelines to ensure purity and potency.

I'd recommend getting a little of each and seeing which ones help your pain the best (avoid getting any tinctures, extracts, or anything stronger than regular kratom, as this will be very strong and increase your tolerance). You'll want to get a kitchen scale to measure out your doses accurately (one that measures in grams).

Start low, with 3 grams or so, and increase by 0.5 g each time you take it until you get the results you are looking for. Then stay at that dose as long as possible. Make sure you take it when you get up and have an empty stomach, and avoid taking it with dairy, as this will coat your stomach and hamper the effects.

I also recommend getting a blender bottle to mix it in a liquid. I recommend shaking it up with either strong orange juice (get frozen OJ and use a bit less water than it calls for) or chocolate or dark chocolate almond milk. It tastes like shit, so be prepared for that.

It also makes some people nauseated, so I recommend getting some Chimes ginger chews and eating 2 of those after you take your kratom so that your tummy is okay. Ginger also has some antiinflammatory properties itself.

I take 2 of these capsules about 30 minutes prior to taking my kratom, as it is said to potentiate the kratom and also have antiinflammatory properties, and then I take 1.5 g agmatine sulfate right before taking my kratom, as it helps keep tolerance down and helps keep any withdrawals at bay if I can't take my kratom right on time.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I truly believe that kratom saved my life. I'm still in pain, obviously, but it treats it well enough (and without being a drugged up zombie) that it's worth it. It does still make you a bit high when you take a higher dose, but nothing on the level of prescription narcotics.

Also, you should visit /r/kratom and/or /r/KratomKorner. Those are both great communities for people who use kratom, and you can get answers to a lot of your questions there. Good luck! I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

So DHA-EPA is a good source of Omega-3s. It's also good for brain and heart health. It's usually fish oil, but since I'm massively allergic to fish, I take a vegan form made from algae (which is how fish get it to begin with). And here's the turmeric I take, it does have the black pepper in it. I have RA so it's helped a lot with inflammation.

I don't think AIP is going to inflame your body even more if you make sure your carbs are around 100/day. I think it'll actually help with your pain. But also keep in mind it's not going to go away instantly; it might take a couple of weeks before you notice a difference, so keep with it!

I highly recommend a good turmeric circumin supplement, I take two in the morning and one at night and have found it highly beneficial. Here's what I use, it's got the best concentration to price ratio I've seen on Amazon:
