Twinings gold label (black box) English Breakfast or 1706 Strong (linky http://amzn.to/28SXpGl) imported from the UK. It is malty and less brisk than the American (or red box) version. Look for 'English Breakfast' or 'Irish breakfast' tea or if they have a British foods section in the supermarket look for "Yorkshire Tea" or "PG Tips".

This tea on Walmart website is probably the same kind of thing but I can't say for sure, it might be totally different.
Rooibos tea from South Africa is a good alternative too I find, it's not actually tea but is a substitute and has a similarly strong flavour to strong breakfast tea and goes well with milk and sugar, it has no caffeine.
Can't say that steak is what I'd normally associate with tea, more stuff like cakes and cookies or just on it's own.
