3 to 1 HDMI pigtail switch - $8, no remote, it should auto sense, but you will likely need to use the button to swap inputs. Does not require external power.

3 to 1 HDMI switch box - $18, remote control, requires external power. This one is much nicer because all the cables plug into the back, so you'll have a much cleaner set up. You can also leave it right in front of your monitor and simply push the button to switch inputs.

I will need both. Below is the current splitter and switch I have. I need the splitter to split the signal so one console will go to my PC(Elgato Capture Card) and BenQ monitor and switch to change from Xbox to PS4 etc...I've put my monitor, switch, and splitter below. Nothing works on 4K thought.

Is it that bad?

If you can use HDMI to connect both computers and having two sets of Keyboard/Mouse (like me) is not a problem, try something like this.

Depending on how many outputs you have on your PC, you could look at having a 3rd output go into a HDMI Splitter (just to note I've never used this exact model - this is just as an example.)

You could then run your Nintendo, Xbox One and 3rd PC output into the HDMI Splitter, and then run the HDMI Splitter into a single HDMI port on your TV.

You could then treat the TV as an additional monitor on your PC and drop it in/out by changing your display settings.

Hope this makes sense, let me know if you want me to expand on anything.

I don't have that particular switch, but I have a USB 2.0 switch for the same purpose - to share a keyboard and mouse between PC and macbook, as well as some external drives and peripherals. Unlike with synergy, there's a slight delay after the press of the button before k/m switches over, but it still works. If you're wanting more ports, just add a usb hub, it'll switch over.
It sometimes gets tricky with external drives (NTFS or HFS) between osx and windows, and I would also suggest a HDMI switch to share montor(s). Also, if you have analog speakers, instead of USB speakers, a usb dac is cheap.
