My guess is that there's a nice, properly sized hole under the carpet/flooring about 12" forward of your rear doors. Plopping a toilet on should be easy. The only semi-challenge is finding where they capped the water line and re-adding a lead there.

The Optimas are better than a random wet-cell, sure. But they don't have anywhere near the power capacity like two or four 200+Ah 6V batteries do (like https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01DAU1KSM). Go to like a Batteries Plus, a golf cart place, or an RV supply (NOT Camping World). The shipping makes Amazon non-competitive on these things.

Also note: Two batteries are very simple to wire (in series). With four (or more...in even numbers) you need series AND parallel, so be careful so you don't over-volt things (that would be bad): https://www.batterystuff.com/kb/articles/battery-articles/battery-bank-tutorial.html

Switching from your 75Ah 12V Optima to just two 200Ah 6Vs, we're talking over 5x capacity. Obviously, four are over 10x. And there are much larger capacity than 200Ah around, those are just a common-ish size.
