You can tuck the first one in between pretty much anything else on a power strip. It is small, and it'll keep up with power draw unless you're playing heavy games all the time. Even at that, your system's battery can cover the power deficit for a looong time.

You might also want the second one for its flatness (great in your laptop's bag), and how it can tuck in to an outlet buried behind furniture. At 45 watts it should always be on top of your laptop's draw. (I have both for my L480)

You need a 30W USB-C charger to be able to charge at full speed. I recommend RavPower. I think they're currently making the best value high quality USB-C chargers.

The 30W USB PD Charger will definitely charge Surface Go. In terms of the apple one, I think it should work, but I'm not 100% sure since it lacks the details (voltages, etc).
Note that the particular anker charger you linked does not have folding prongs. I recommend Ravpower 30W GaN charger (https://www.amazon.com/Charger-RAVPower-Charging-Adapter-Compatible/dp/B07T7M2799) - very compact, folding prongs, and cheaper.
