As far as the exact shirt, idk. It looks a bit like an allegra-k shirt I used to have: https://www.amazon.com/Allegra-Sleeves-Striped-T-shirt-Black/dp/B01M8PURQP?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_2. The one on the show seems thicker though, and the cut is more vintage (sleeves don't come in at the wrists as much). So the actual brand is probably something like St James (lots of retro style striped shirts I've seen from them).
