blue agave nectar... buy the nicer stuff.. Once you go Blue Agave you can't go back.

Uh, no. Table sugar is sucrose, which will break down into the body as glucose (high glycemic index, yep 100) and fructose (low glycemic index, 19). That is why table sugar has an in-between moderate glycemic index of 63.
They sell Agave nectar as a low glycemic sweetener for diabetics, and it had 0 fiber. It has very high fructose content.
