I nominate my mom! She's had to put up with, and go through, more than her fair share. And for that I think she deserves more than her fair share of great things!

You need four baba tins (savarin moulds) or small dariole moulds. They look like these. What I have is these, so I would be using these large donuts tray. Also other noteworthy ingredients

These are a staple in my home. Delicious, low carb, good fiber. Can do so much with them, hamburger rolls, sandwich rolls, English muffin substitute. Great with butter, cream cheese, hummus, etc. My next plan is to get this and make bagels. Sausage egg and cheese on a bagel.... can't wait.
