I'm sure there are but they're going to be expensive.
You have two cheaper options.
First is cable floor conduits. I don't know how that would play with your wheelchair but I can attest that these can withstand quite a bit of pressure.
Second is to run the cable up along a wall with cable clips. You said you didn't have anyone that could help, I'd suggest asking a friend or making friends with someone. Even just offering someone a sixpack to help you out would be fair, it's a ten minute job and all you need is a hammer.
