Risers are mainly for mining rigs(an may now they will be used in machine learning). The applicability domain is so small so I doubt a large manufacturer produces them, so I don't think you will find a well known brand.
The only advice I can give, is just to buy the ones with separate power cable and to avoid the ones with ribbon cable like this.
I would take a look in the picture and I would pick the one which appear to have the largest capacitors(the cylindrical electronics on the board, they are there to make the electrical current more stable).
I've built a couple of these sort of things and I've always used something like this for powering the HBA and then something like this to trick a normal power supply to turn on without a motherboard.
I just setup my rig (5 x RX480 8gb) with these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CU1U2XG/
Just plug and play and they work without a hitch. Let me know if you have any questions.
The GPU has 5x PCI-1x and 1x PCI-16x slots. If you are using 6 cards (the maximum number supported by your motherboard), you will need 6 risers. You can actually fit a PCI-1x male end into a PCI-16x female slot in the motherboard, so 6 of these would do.
The cables may not be large enough to fit in whatever case you are using, but you should get the idea.
I would suggest grabbing 6 of those 8GB 480 cards. I think that is a better choice.
