Hello, I'm pretty sure any no-screw operated stand is compatible with these tablets since both of these aren't made to be installed with screws on their back (they're literally just flat surface with rubber feets), and their usual stand just require you to just put the tablet--and that's it. In fact some have recommended going for the IKEA laptop/tablet stand or this kind of stand over the default XP-PEN one for cases like this. You just have to make sure they're the right size for a 16-inch tablet (and doesn't have to be for drawing tablets either, it could be a phone tablet stand at that size too). Hope that helps!
