Wait, how is it different? It is ZT2 plus the expansions.
Edit: I looked it up, there are two very similar things and it makes this confusing.
Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection is available on Steam and is the bad Xbox game. Don't buy it.
Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection on Amazon is the ZT2 we all know and love. I bought is as a digital download about a year ago and it was everything I wanted. You can find it on Amazon here
If you're in the US, you can buy a digital download on Amazon. For some reason, it doesn't appear when you search through Amazon, you gotta get to it through Google.

I rediscovered Zoo Tycoon 2 when I found that Amazon sold the downloadable version .. It was like rediscovering an old, dear friend!

There is a mac version of ZT2 available to download on Amazon. Unfortunately, it has no expansion packs.
