I am about 95% sure it's a 750 ti
This is the official recommended Minecraft requirements:
So you'll probably be good to go with a 4560. I'm giving you a recommendation which I think should be good for a few years. But you can save on cost by cutting down some things.
G4560+Asrock Super Alloy H110M combo - ~10K (currently out of stock, you may have to hunt for the 4560)
Cooler Master Master Watt Elite 450W PSU - Rs. 2,770/- (You could go for a cheaper PSU but please do make sure to get an 80 Plus certified one at least. This thing powers your entire computer, so be careful how cheap you go.)
Corsair 100R Case - Rs. 3,100/- (Can go for a Circle cabinet or something to save cost)
GSkill Ripjaws V 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 RAM - Rs. 4,700/- (Can go for 4GB for cost savings)
WD Blue 1TB HDD - Rs. 3,750/- (you can probably buy a lower capacity drive to save cost)
The G4560 has integrated graphics so you should be ok with that. If you want sureshot 60FPS plus, you could go for something like the GT 1030 for about 6K. Though I (thanks to u/heisenberg_717) would recommend a
GTX 750TiGTX 1050 at approx.9K10K so your niece and nephew can play other games comfortably as well, should they want to now or in the future. I'd suggest maybe going for no GPU first and see how the integrated graphics fare, before getting a separate GPU.Total cost: Approx 19-34K, depending on which of the suggested configs you go for. You can use the existing monitor, keyboard, speakers etc. You could also probably get a lower cost if you you buy locally rather than online.
EDIT: Changed 750Ti to 1050 as per u/heisenberg_717's suggestion.

This would already be a decent improvement IMO.
Get GTX 750 ti I suppose. It's like just over 100€.

VRAM is important for high resolution textures, shadows, and post processing features like AA. For light gaming you won't need 4GB at all, in fact I'm actually surprised they even offer GT 730's with 4GB.
The 2GB 750ti should give you 4 time the performance in games over the any 730 with a Q6600, which totally justifies the increase in cost in my opinion. Do you have space in your case for a 2 slot card?
Clock speeds on GPU's are less important than the GPU series and model. One card with a higher clock speed than another of the same series will most likely just be a factory overclock, and won't be worth a price increase 99% of the time.
I recommend one of these two GTX 750ti cards for your situation:

The slim case you have in there, did you find information how trustworthy the psu is? Normally integrated psus are not good, and I would not trust it with an AMD cpu.
The next possible upgrade is the gpu. A R7 370 is a lot better than the GTX 750 Ti. But is uses more energy, totally blocking your slim case, that's why I left it out of my list. But for a normal build I'd absolutely recommend to invest a bit more in gpu and psu.
That's not a terrible machine. The Phenom 965 Black is a decent enough CPU and should last for a while yet.
Here's what I'd do.
As for an SSD, you can have a look at any of the value 120GB SSDs like the Kingston V300, A-Data Premier Pro, PNY XLR8 or Crucial M500. Any of these will run you less than $75 and give you a tremendous speed boost in general usage.
OK. Then that's a good card for you. http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00IFZ547Q/ref=sr_1_7_olp?ie=UTF8&qid=1417416268&sr=8-7&keywords=750+ti&condition=new
It's 105. Delivery might be slow because it's out of stock. I had that card from Feb until last month. Nice for the price.

$10 off is not a discount at all.
thanks for the reply, i'll definitely check the motherboard to make sure it has the correct slight. also, i'm wondering if the one you mentioned would last me a few years or maybe for slightly more, I can get the 2gb version of the one you suggested:

without getting a new motherboard:

Upgrade to A-10 Series: $150.00

This will be a ton better than what you have. However, it's worth mentioning, that this CPU is 1 tier slower than any modern intel i3 series CPU - and those run between 30-50 dollars cheaper than this, but you will need a new motherboard.
If you want a better AMD CPU than this, you'll have to upgrade your motherboard anyways, and with the dominance that intel has had in the last 5 years in CPU's, you are way better off going with a cheap i3 haswell, or even better, an i5 which is a monster for gaming.
i5 intel CPU. $180.00

Here's a very cheap, yet excellent motherboard that would go with the i5. $70.00

With either one of these, you could probably mod skyrim at 1020x600 to 1400x800 resolutions with 512k and 1k textures on low/medium settings.

With this card (and a cpu upgrade) you could mod up skyrim with an ENB at 1440 x 800 to 1920 x 1080 resolutions, on middle to high settings, with 1k textures, potentially some 2k textures.

With either of these, you can run and mod skyrim at 1920 x1080 and sometimes above resolutions, with enb and 2k and 4k textures, at ultra settings (you of course need a cpu upgrade, probably requiring a i5 intel cpu).
Did you purposely not include a GPU? Because you need one. My suggestion would be to buy only one monitor now, and use the money on a 750 Ti or something.
Does the 40,000 include Monitor/speakers/keyboard/mouse too? If yes, then this one . If no, then this one

Can anyone advise if this card will work with my specs

Check if your power supply has a PCIe 6 pin power connector. If it doesn't, you'll need to make sure the specific model of 750 Ti you pick up doesn't need one. Most of the time, if pictures of the card don't have the power plug you should be fine.
