Lol, no. Anything that can measure milliohms with any accuracy whatsoever will have four wires. Something like this. They're expensive. I don't think there's any really good reason why they need to be expensive, besides that they're specialty items and there may not be much market for cheap ones.
In a pinch you can measure milliohms using a current source and two multimeters -- one measuring a large-ish test current, the other measuring the smallest voltage range it can.
For safety sake you should be checking your builds with a multimeter or a resistance meter before you put it on your mod.
A lot of people like ceramic tipped tweezers or pliers, and serious e cig guys get those ohm meters to test coils on. Not an electricians multi meter, but a thing you plug your atty into.
