My wife has celiac, I don't, but we don't allow gluten in the house. Against the Grain is the best (hands down) gluten free pizza we've found so far. http://www.glutenfreebutnotforme.com/shopping-1/2016/1/23/against-the-grains-pepperoni-pizza. We were mostly doing this pepperoni one and adding our own extra cheese on top (kraft 5 cheese blend) as well as doubling the pepperoni.
