Obviously they used the pocket watch for time. But the case? No one really knew especially since they rather dismissed games. So as the days wore on the couple watched in horror as the end came closer.
Finally it was here the end...then it went by without a hitch. Disbelief, anger, all of these things went through their minds as they blamed each other. In their heated argument they decided to go their separate ways splitting up their possessions and heading towards new lives.
In a way these two things were like their love, split apart. I say we bring them back together to remind ourselves of a simpler time.
