Hello!
I have had anxiety/depression since about 2007, and there are a couple things I find really useful.
The first thing is this candle from BBW that has eucalyptus in it. It is so relaxing to light at night and just helps me to unwind.
Another thing that melts away stress for me is taking a bath. I really like using Lush Bath Bombs. I would suggest getting them on the LUSH website since they are less expensive, but they make your bathtub look like magic water. Look up videos with them!
I also enjoy coloring a lot to help take my mind off of stressful things. I enjoy animal coloring books, but it is good to find one of something that brings you happiness. The more detail oriented you are about coloring, the more it helps!
Also, if you need someone to talk to, my inbox is always open to chat! :)

Depends on what you like. There are books out there for just about everything.

I you like somewhat simple and strange designs The bizzare coloring book for adults, and the sequel are good.

The adult coloring treasury. Is a nice way to get a bunch of samples from different artists to see what you like.

If you like animal designs This one is good.

And if you like irreverent coloring books Unicorns are Jerks is a fun and funny book

Of course there's the advertising bible by Luke Sullivan "Hey Whipple Squeeze This".

One book that just came out was a collection of tweets from leeclowsbeard. They're quite interesting and it's a good looking coffee table book

Glad I saw this! There are many ways to start a real photography business. If you have not grown up in a business-y household with either one of your parents running their own business or having a family business, I suggest to start with a couple of books.

This will help you get started:

And this will help you keep going:

If you want you can get the book for free by going to www.thejoyofmarketing.com/freebook

adult coloring books are all the rage right now. that's a fun indoor activity, or you could take it to the pub.
