Actually a great little thing to have around. It helps to keep my legs at 90 degree angles and push my back up against my chair.
I had realized I would often put my feet on my chair legs or even sit cross legged in my chair - this is much better.
EDIT: wow the price sure went up on Amazon, I got this for $50 a few a months ago
