For a cheap, durable belt I'm partial to the BDU / rigger's belts. I like the 5.11 series.

IMHO if you want a digital watch you want a Casio G-Shock. I have a GW5600 (solar, automatic time synching, multiple time zones) but that may be a little plain for you. I'm sure you can find a model that's more colorful, you really can't go wrong with any of them.

I have something similar.. Really durable thick nylon that has no trouble holding things up and a very sturdy plastic slide lock for a buckle...and it's fairly cheap, too.

It's pretty light, much lighter than a leather belt with metal buckle, but you could go lighter. I don't really worry about my clothes weight much except for boots/shoes. Comfort, fit, and function are first on my mind there.

Here ya go. It's more attractive than it looks in the pic. Actually, wow, a lot of these have come down in price now. The Last Chance Belt is pretty nifty too, the original 5.11 is cheaper now too (but identical to the Tru-Spec), 5.11's real "tactical" offering is pretty stiff and useless for regular folks imo, but here it is too.
