follow up- he didn't recommend brands - I know NAR (north american rescue) is generally well respected - but I don't know what other ones to suggest. Don't take the brand as gospel - just the product type:

Tourniquet: - https://www.narescue.com/adventure-rescue-products/combat-application-tourniquet-c-a-t
Compressed Gauze: - https://www.narescue.com/adventure-rescue-products/nar-s-rolled-gauze
airway: - (i know nothing about which of these is best - other people here seem to know more so take their recommendations): https://www.narescue.com/pre-hospital-care-ems-products/airway
Compression bandage: - https://www.narescue.com/pre-hospital-care-ems-products/massive-hemorrhage/emergency-trauma-dressing-etd
CPR Mask: - https://www.amazon.com/Keychain-Emergency-Shields-Breathing-Training/dp/B074QG5XYW/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1537897381&sr=8-5&keywords=CPR%2BMask&th=1

I think this was everything he suggested. The gauze I think I am imagining - but I am certain about tourniquet, airway, compression, and mask.

Someone asked about what ankle kit I carry - its this one:

I have big fat ankles and it fits fine and doesn't make my pants weird. I'm 6'4'' 338 lbs for reference with a US size 42 pant.
You can get a CPR mask pretty much anywhere. Here is one from Amazon. "Not shield" just means don't get one that is just the foldable plastic ones like so, most likely because you will be practicing with them and those are just single use.
