You mean the Micro-USB to male USB-A for charging? It only works for charging and it is a normal Micro-USB to male USB-A cable you can find almost literally anywhere.
If you're talking about the other cable, which actually transmits sound, that's a male-male 3.5mm audio jack. Again, incredibly easy to find.
The only thing that you need to keep in mind is that the audio jack cable has to have THREE black lines along its port, just like the one I linked. If it only had two, you won't be able to use the microphone.
