you may want to order up the first two manuals on this link..

http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/Search.aspx?c=108468 so you at least have some idea of how GM wired these. who knows what the hearse body manufacturer did.. i have a friend with the 96 cadillac version and she has similar issues.. but she wants to do it herself.. won't let me help.

there is an issue with the engine control harness on these.. i have pictures someplace.. but if you follow the wiring harness off the passenger side rear of the engine.. it goes past a bracket for the heater or AC hoses into the firewall.. the bottom of the wiring harness rubs on the bracket and shorts some of the wires to ground..

i would almost bet that the door lock actuators have seized or the wiring has broken to them.

in looking at the 92 roadmaster door lock wiring..

there is a 30 amp circuit breaker.. probably Circuit breaker location A.. in the fuse box...

there is also Fuse 1 a 15 amp fuse.. in the fuse box..

the 30 amp circuit breaker supplies positive power to the Power door lock relay contacts.. fuse 1 supplies power to the door lock switches that send power when operated to the door lock relay control coils..

the door lock relay is grounded at location G200.. probably the left kick panel.

your door lock actuators might be these.. so you know what they look like.. https://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-22100852-Original-Equipment-Actuator/dp/B000C9O406

but if the fronts are not working.. its an electrical issue..

warning. please don't go probing the door lock wiring with power unless you can find the power door lock relay and unplug it first.. the relay grounds both wires when not activated..
