This item my friend. Wasp Freeze Away. I accept your thanks in advance.
Ex-exterminator here(hah) if you really want to take care of your wasp problem you have 2 options.
You can either
A) knock the nest down with a broom, they dont usually come after you because they are dazed and confused. But the problem is they can come back.
B) Buy a can of this
and it will kill them instantly, but if you dont get them all in one shot it will piss of survivors and it will cause you to fight an epic battle of life and death as you try to spray them in midflight generally missing since their small and agile while you're trying to dodge their stingers.
If you're at all allergic to (or just deathly afraid of) stinging insects you really ought to call an exterminator, pay the money and let them take the risk.
If you still want to got the DIY route they make wasp sprays that can throw a stream a couple of meters, so you can stay a safe distance away while KILLING THEM WITH SCIENCE! Example.
You should try a chemical that leaves behind a residual. Raid does not do that, meaning that after you spray that's it. There are sprays that will stay active for a few weeks, so that any returning wasps will also be killed.
I typically use wasp freeze
