Yes. THIS is the first jump rope I ever bought to learn double unders and it looks like it's pretty much the same thing. It really helps to have a rope thats the same length every time. I used mine for pretty much 2 years before I bought an RPM rope (which is extremely nice and has help me string together a lot of double unders, but it hurts like hell when you whip yourself while the cheap amazon jumprope only hurts mildly).
