I often fill my Camelbak/Hydration pack with coconut water. I find that the extra potassium really helps me prevent cramping, especially if you are going to beat those legs up shuffling the entire day!
If you do fill your pack with coconut water, make sure to rinse it out with clean water at the end of the day so it doesn't get all sticky and gross overnight. You can rinse out your pack and use one of these hanging dryers to dry it overnight (hang it onto your car or EZ-up):
