Amazon sells one for $28 with free shipping. Can't help but think it costs amazon quite a lot to ship a 20lb barbell+sufficient packaging. According to usps.com, parcel post costs $12 (cheapest option) to ship 20lbs.

I am too poor for a gym membership, and have no money for equipment. But, I live about 5 minutes away from a private property lake my friend owns. If I really wanted to, I can just swim there.

Mostly I just do Push Ups an Sit Ups at home. I can also jog around sometimes. I don't listen to music while working out, I feel like more than music has to get me pumped.

And for really really small cardio workouts, I could just walk around town all day, it's just an hour walk to the big stores, and then I walk around there, walk around some more, and spend my whole day walking.

While we're on the subject of working out, this (20lbs) from my wishlist would be nice.

Thanks for the contest. Work out all day, twerk out all night!

They're 30lb fixed-weight dumbbells, much like these. Adding more weight would involve buying heavier dumbbells. Or joining a gym, I guess, but I prefer working out in my living room with a ufc dvd on the tv, rather than in a gym surrounded by (no offense anybody) a bunch of muscle heads.
