/u/chrisbair posted recently he now supplements Vitamin K (NOW foods, like 9 cents a day maybe)

Also I and many other users still take omega 3 pills, because NO widely available food-type oils really have great DHA/EPA. I know /u/SparklingLimeade uses Norwegian cod oil added into the mix.

It would make it easier, and carries slightly more DHA/EPA omega3's than my pills, but it's a bit more expensive ($0.30 vs 0.15 per day)

I'm considering trying it next.

About the Omega fatty acids (I am quoting /u/theubercuber here):
> So here's the deal with Omega 3's:
Most people don't get them. You won't die without them. It's better for long term heart health and probably a lot of other stuff, but most people scrape by without. Having a Soylent that lacks Omega 3 isn't a big deal compared to your old diet, it's just an optimization.
But if you DO want to make sure you get them, you have to learn about the different types of Omega 3's.
The first type is the easy type, called ALA. It comes in plants, and it's what your linked recipe has from flaxseed.
The human body doesn't do anything with 99% of consumed ALA.
The second type is the hard type, and you have to get it from animal sources like fish oils. These are the DHA and EPA sub-classes of Omega3's, and these are the ones that are beneficial to get.
Lots of products claim to have omega3 for your health, but only have ALA. If you're going to go through the trouble of looking for Omega3, you have to make sure you're getting a source with the DHA and EPA.
It's hard finding a solid source of omega3 outside of fish oils, so if you want to go that route, a fish oil pill or bottle like the one I liked is going to be the best way to go.

He linked this previously btw and it does seem like a decent product. I don't really agree with the 99% number he puts out, since I couldn't find anything that specific but it is true that your body doesn't convert most of the omega 3 ALA to DHA/EPA... Anyway, I decided on leaving proper omega fatty acids for the second version of my soylent...
