Unfortunately, that set of DVDs went out of print a while ago. I think you best bet would be the newer Anime Classics set on DVD or Blu-ray.

I also recommend reading the manga as well. The anime follows it closely up until the end where it changes to have a conclusion. The manga, on the other hand, is still ongoing

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. I also checked the review on blu-ray.com Make sure that you get the right edition. Don't get this one , the transfer is not as good.
I see a distinct lack of Angel Beats, Claymore, FLCL, The Trigun movie, ANY Miyazaki film (For shame), Akira , The Cowboy Bebop movie, Akira, the fantastic Summer Wars and the director of that movies previous work, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.
