They have different weights and of course you can make it lighter by removing the sandbag things in them.
Oooks like its a bit kore expensive but idk i like it better cause its more comfy than a backpack.
This is the one that I have. I love it and it stays fairly tight to your body. The only thing is you should wear a shirt that isn't super thin or else you'll get some chafing.
Edit: Also forgot to say that you can take out or leave in as much weight as you want in 4 pound increments.

adjustable to 40# in 4# increments. It sits a little low, though you can slide it forward/back some to try to get the front weights a little higher. I did Murph in it this past week and it stayed pretty solidly strapped the whole time, very little looseness.
Congratulations!!!! You look great!!!
>I’m not sure if I could manage to introduce a gym membership to properly build muscle because of the time, cost, inconvenience but mostly because I would have no idea where to get started with that.

Also, a person can easily develop total-body muscular strength using a minimum amount of equipment. The following weight training lifts do this:
Thrill needs nothing to make it harder. If you are playing to your level you should be working out plenty. If you are looking to bulk up I'm not sure thrill of the fight is gonna do that. It's def a cardio workout but an effective one.
I bought this one like 5 years ago and I still use it a lot. Goes from 5 pounds up to 40 using sand packs. It's bulkier than some other ones but I've never had an issue using it and I've used it a good chunk.

Someone recommended this vest to me. I haven't tried it, but I like how it has smaller weights that you can add, to make it more customizable. Instead of just one giant weight
I actually JUST got my 40lb ZFO weight vest today. Ordered it Sunday from their ebay store $59.99. I'm happy with my purchase. Mini-review:
Adjustable for a snug fit. Weights are 16 2.5lb bags that you can pull out of their pouches to adjust the weight. I wouldn't recommend running in it, but I got it for the same exercises you listed above. I'm a small guy (5' 8", 38" chest) so it's actually slightly uncomfortable for me to do pullups with, as my shoulders cause the straps to push into my neck, but whatever... it's not all that bad. Fine range of motion for dips and pushups.
It's sold on Amazon as well, but I wanted to use Paypal. They also have 60 and 80lb versions.
I also considered this vest but I ended going with the ZFO one because there are more reviews and I've seen it around for over 5 years.
Hope that helps!
EDIT*
Oof, just noticed Amazon charges $28 shipping. Get it at the ebay store for free shipping!
